Burdock

IMGP4326I read that the roots of burdock are edible and have anti-inflammatory and antibacterial effects even. I have never eaten it but in my childhood we had fun with the flowers that stuck to our clothes.

    1. Here they are very common and I think usually considered weeds. They grow on fields and in tall grass and spread by themselves. The flower “balls” are sticky and stick to almost anything. They are pretty, that’s true. Thank you so much for your feedback!
