The leaves are bit by bit getting bright new colours. And falling down. I was thinking that both my favourite seasons, Autumn and Spring, reflect in some ways me as a person. Autumn with its maturity and quiet time for thinking, somewhat sentimental. Spring as a time of new bright childlike joy, enthusiasm and happiness.
Nice words to describe this shot.
Thank you Luca π
Lovely autumn colours and depth of field here. Very nice.
Thank you so much π
nice one elina, for me the the seasons, especially spring, signifies change and renewal. i really enjoyed it during my uni days in the uk, my first winter – building a snowman, good memories …
have a good day ahead.
ciao,
kap
That’s true, seasons always bring along change and start of something new. It’s nice to have 4 seasons. Great to hear your thoughts! Have a lovely day!
Almost Autumn!!!!
Love it… like Summer. π
Almost π Great to hear you also enjoy it!
Great post and very cool photo Elina. A preview of things to come.
Thank you for such kind words Joe!

Fantastic capture and beautiful sentiment! π
Thank you so much for your kind thoughts Jackie!
I really like the low point of view in this photo, very nicely done. Makes me wish autumn would hurry up and get here! Then I want a very short “stick season” followed by a lot of snow this winter! I love hiking in the winter!
Thank you so much Jeff! Autumn is a really great season. Winter is nice also, especially with lots of snow π
Now if only we can find a way to make the color last, and get the leaves to stay on the trees a little longer…
Then two days after all the leaves fall, get dumped on with snow!
That would be so cool π I’m with you on those thoughts!
I love the autumn colours they can be so pretty! This picture is like a memory of autumn, just a little out of focus, just a little in focus – like remembering some of it, but not quite all of it! π
What a lovely interpretation of the photo, I like it a lot Suzy! π
