A few photos from a forest hike on a rainy Sunday a few weeks back.
I love the business of street life but recently I feel a strong need to go to the nature whenever I get a chance. Nothing better than the peace, harmony and beauty in the forest to calm my soul and make me feel grounded.
Have a lovely weekend everyone!
Beautiful photos
Thank you kindly Derrick! 🙂
Beautiful images Elina and your words are so true. There is nothing better than being in the middle of a forest listening to the silence combined with the subtle sounds of wildlife to calm ones soul. I find myself happiest when at one with nature 🙂
I feel exactly the same. 🙂 Thank you Joe and I hope you’ll have a wonderful weekend!
Superbe.
Thank you kindly Cecile! 🙂
I so agree, Elina. Nature does wonders for the soul during these trying times.
That’s so very true Susan. 🙂
oh…and such beautiful images, as always 🙂
Thank you so much for your kind words Susan! 🙂
Makes me homesick, I’m spending too much time in an urban setting these days for my photo work, makes me want to be back home in my northern woods.
Ah the northern woods… I hope you’ll get a chance to visit home sometime soon David! 🙂
Very nice photos, you’re reminding me that it’s possible to take beautiful photos also when the weather is dull. I recently bought a new, fantastic, camera, and realised that it really was bad in timing because this season offers nothing to photograph (other than my cat). Maybe there is something out there after all that is photography-worthy.
Definitely lots photography-worthy out there during this dark and rainy season. 🙂 Your cat is incredible sweet and photogenic, loved the photos on your blog! Thank you for visiting and for your kind words Susanne! 🙂
This is a nice ~ for me it reminds of the transition between autumn and winter, a little bit gloomy. 🙂
So nicely said, that’s exactly what it feels like over here right now. I’m loving the gloomy transition. 🙂 Thank you for your kind words Randall!
Esimene pilt meenutab Illi järve või siis Vaikset järve. Soome analoogid.
Tõsi… lapsepõlvemälestuste idüll. 🙂
yes, getting back to nature is soul soothing. Love the ever expanding ring on the water.
I know you love being in the nature just like me. 🙂 Thank you so much for your visit and kind words Laurie!
I am so opposite of you. I do not ever feel the need for the business of street life. I much prefer nature and the open expanse of the desert and mountains and plains. But lately I feel like I should go to the streets whenever I get a chance. You have some great shots here, Elina.
That’s cool to hear! 🙂 Thank you for your kind words Emilio!
